What is ESR?
ESR is a business culture based on the principles of honesty, transparency, and service.(Note: This term applies in Mexico.)
It grants an added value and competitive advantage to the business.
It's the humane side of the business with the objective of providing a continued improvement, and assuring the sustainability and constant success of the business.
Being an ESR
It's a business that founds it's vision and responsibility in politics, programs, decision making, and actions that benefit their business and affect positively their people, environment, and communities, even beyond their responsabilities, by looking out their needs and expectations.
